These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Akros Numbers (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a bookkeeping and tax services firm legally registered in Panama as a business, and any client or visitor (“you”) who uses our services or website.
Services
Akros Numbers provides remote bookkeeping, accounting, tax preparation, tax strategy, and related consulting services exclusively to US-based individuals and businesses. All services are delivered remotely from Panama, Central America.
Engagement
A formal engagement begins when both parties have agreed on the scope of work through a digital contract and the client has made the required initial payment. We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our discretion.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to perform our services. Akros Numbers is not liable for errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.
Payments
We accept payments via PayPal and Wise. Payment terms will be specified in the individual service agreement. Services may be suspended in case of non-payment.
Confidentiality
We treat all client financial information with strict confidentiality and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law.
Intellectual Property
All content on akrosnumbers.com, including text, images, and graphics, is the property of Akros Numbers and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
Akros Numbers is committed to performing all services with the highest level of professional care, accuracy, and diligence. We stand behind our work and take full responsibility for the quality of the services we provide. In the event of an error directly caused by Akros Numbers, we will correct it at no additional cost to the client. Furthermore, any penalty assessed by the IRS as a direct consequence of an error in our tax preparation work will be fully reimbursed by Akros Numbers.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any disputes shall be resolved under Panamanian jurisdiction. Anyways, we work with a PTIN provided by the IRS for Tax Preparation.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
