Cancellation
Clients may cancel their engagement with Akros Numbers at any time by providing written notice via email. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle or according to the signed Agreement.
Refunds
Due to the nature of professional services, payments made for work already performed or in progress are non-refundable.
If a client cancels before any work has commenced, a full refund will be issued within 3 business days.
Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction. We will review the case and respond within 5 business days.
Payment Methods
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction — PayPal, Wise, or Wire Transfer— where technically possible.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.
